Loving-Kindness Intensive Workshop / 1 Day Retreat with Avi Craimer

For a couple of years now, Avi has been offering his 7-week course on loving-kindness meditation and emotional transformation. This October, Avi will be leading a full day teaching intensive that will cover half the material in this course in a single Sunday. Topics will include meditation instruction and inspiration for Loving-Kindness, Compassion, and Mudita (appreciative joy), as well as tools to use these practices to work with challenging emotional patterns as they arise on the cushion or in life.
